Here at Hunters Crossing Community Assocciation (HCCA) we have a community that has a great reputation for being a desirable place to live. The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, are a part of the real estate agreement we all make when we come to live here. These CC&R's assure all of us that our neighborhood will remain the same and not deteriorate in desirability or value.
 
About Our Community
 
Hunters Crossing community is located in Sealy, Texas, at the crossroads
of Interstate 10 and Highway 36.  With just 74 homes in the subdivision we are a quiet,
friendly neighborhood. 
 
Annual Assessment
 
Full Annual Assessment amount of $500 is due on January 1st each year. 
Late Charges - A late charge in the amount of $25.00 per month, or such other 
reasonable amount or amounts as from time to time determined by the Board.
 

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The ACC Approval Form (ACC Form) is available and is used by the homeowner prior to making any

changes to the property. The ACC is available to help the homeowner prior to beginning their 

project to aid in the compliance of the community CC&R's, By Laws, and Governing Documents. The

ACC Form is to be submitted 30 days prior to the project start date.

 

  • HOW TO REQUEST ACC REVIEW FOR APPROVAL:
  1. Go to the HCCA website, www.sealyhunterscrossing.com
  2. Click on > Owners Login (right corner) once logged in, click the REQUEST button (left side) 
  3. Enter you information into the form provided
  4. Add all pictures, permits, 811 call approvals, etc.  MUST CALL 811 FOR PROJECTS THAT REQUIRE DIGGING

You will receive an Approval/Denial within 30 days of the day your request & all documentation needed are submitted.
